Hannah, MFT
Spirit Journey Facilitator | Sacred Medicine Carrier | Mystic Heart Healer
Hannah has always been guided by a profound desire to know and honor her true self, and to inspire others to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery. Her heart has served as her north star, illuminating a path of wisdom and consciousness that continues to fill her with wonder. During her undergraduate studies in social work and psychology, she deepened her passion for understanding and nurturing humanity.
In her final year of college, Hannah had the privilege of working with Bedouin communities in Israel, where she focused on education and empowerment, helping individuals integrate into Israeli society. This experience opened her heart even further to the beauty of connection and community. After graduating, she found a special calling in working with young children and earned her Montessori education certification. For a decade, she taught 3-6 year-olds, finding immense joy in supporting the growth of young minds and the families that nurtured them.
Hannah’s deep connection with families led her to pursue a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, allowing her to further her mission of empowerment. Her field placement at a public charter school in Los Angeles, working with underprivileged populations, was particularly fulfilling. She felt invigorated by creating seminars and workshops aimed at guiding students, families, and teachers back to their authentic selves. Through her work with children, she learned that at our core, we all long to be acknowledged, celebrated, and loved.
In 2016, Hannah embraced holotropic breathwork, discovering it as a powerful gateway to her own embodiment. She began to cultivate a community around this practice, offering individual sessions and group gatherings that foster connection and healing.
While in graduate school, she reconnected with the transformative power of plant medicine, which has played a pivotal role in her self-understanding. Since 2017, she has facilitated psychedelic journeys, creating safe spaces for individuals and groups to explore their inner landscapes. Alongside breathwork and plant medicine, long-term fasting has become a sacred aspect of her spiritual practice.
In the fall of 2023, Hannah embarked on a transformative apprenticeship with a Shipibo Maestro in the Amazon jungle of Peru, immersing herself in the wisdom of Master teacher plants. This experience deepened her connection to the natural world and the guidance it offers. Now, as a practicing curandera, plant medicine practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and consciousness counselor in Los Angeles, Hannah weaves the power of breath, fasting, singing, and plant medicine into her work, inviting others to return home to themselves.
