Internet Privacy

MYCO Products LLC does not record or track the Internet identity of individuals visiting our Web site. Our Internet Service Provider does track the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computers accessing our site, and makes that information available to us. However, there is no way for us to determine from this information the email address or other identifying data of any individual Web surfer accessing our site. For instance: if you are an America Online subscriber and visit our site, our ISP will record that Mycology Psychology Online was visited by x.x.x.x (where x is a number) or cache-xxx-xxx-proxy.aol.com, not (yourscreenname)@aol.com.

Mycology Psychology Store requires the customer to enter their name, address, telephone number and email address in order to purchase products online. This information will not be sold, rented or otherwise dispensed to any other individual, organization or company.

Our Online Store relies on cookies, electronic "ID badges" sent by the server and placed on your computer. It is through cookies that we are able to provide customers with such amenities as order status and automatic form completion. Neither Mychology Psychology nor the host of our online store use these cookies to track customers outside of the store, nor is any of the information contained in cookies offered or distributed to any other individual, organization or company.

Mycology Psychology, will often record the email address of anyone requesting a catalog or other information via email, to facilitate future communications. Mycology Psychology does not make this address available to any other individuals, organizations or companies.

Turnaround Time for Orders

On average, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time that they are received. When items are unavailable or out of stock, shipment may be delayed until all items are in stock. A member of our customer support team will contact you if there are back orders or other delays.

If you have an order or are in need of expedited shipping, call (510) 502-6010  to place your order by phone, and we will gladly inform you of current availability and shipping options. Orders placed online may not be processed until the following business day, so we encourage customers to call us with expedited concerns.


Shipping

Mycology Psychology ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and through UPS. For orders shipping with UPS service, you must provide a physical address—no PO boxes for UPS packages.

MYCO Products does not guarantee same-day shipping. Unless otherwise specified, we will do our best to find the most cost-effective and appropriate shipping method for the items that you have ordered. When selecting your shipping method at checkout, please keep in mind that the stated transit time for your order is an estimate. They do not include our turnaround times which average 3 business days or less.

Returns & Refund Policy for End-Use Customers of MYCO Products LLC Brand Supplements

At  MYCO Products, we take great pride in our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our goal is to make it right.

* We are unable to accept returns for products that were delivered more than 90 days prior to the return request.

* For the health and safety of our community, we are unable to accept returns for products that were opened and used. In such cases, still feel free to contact us, as we are happy to work with you to correct any issue.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error on our part.
